Design Considered is an industry-focused editorial platform and a brand storytelling studio for the design world, based in London.
As a business, our studio works with design-led organisations across Europe to develop thoughtful brand storytelling and content, shaped by a publishing mindset and editorial rigour.
We produce books, brand magazines, films, newsletter series, white papers, events, and talks. All of our projects are made in collaboration with best-in-class writers, editors, photographers, art directors, and filmmakers.
The newsletter - hosted on Substack - offers industry practitioners a thoughtfully edited perspective on the business and culture of design, from the objects and brands shaping taste to the ideas that shape how good work is made, marketed, and experienced.
A reflection of our studio’s discerning mindset, Design Considered presents a regular mix of formats: opinion writing, a curated selection of references, and a considered shortlist of design pieces and projects worth your consideration.
Design Considered’s director is Nolan Giles, formerly Executive Editor of Monocle magazine and Global Head of Corporate Content at Birkenstock.
